1. Tortilla
Ingrédients
- A packet of al Halabi chips
- 4 eggs
- 1 Pinch Espelette pepper
- 1 Pinch Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon olive
Preparation
1. Drill the bag of chips and crush the chips inside.
2. Then pour them into another bowl.
3. Break and beat the eggs.
4. Then add the pepper and the Espelette pepper to the eggs.
5. After that, pour the eggs over the chips, then heat the oil in a non-stick skillet.
6. And cook your tortilla 3 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other and serve hot.
2- Chicken Fingers with Corny Chips
Ingrédients
- 4 Chicken Breast Halves, cut into strips
- 3 240g bags of Corny Chips
- 2 Beaten Eggs
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and cover a baking sheet with baking paper.
2. In the robot, turn the chips into Breadcrumbs.
3. Dip the chicken strips in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs to coat the chicken.
4. Place on the baking sheet in the oven for about 40-45 minutes
3- Lasagna-nachos
Ingrédients
- 200 g lean ground beef
- Salt and pepper, respectively
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 bags of Tiltos chips
Preparation
1. Heat a non-stick skillet over heat and place beef in pieces.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Cook, stirring and crumbling the meat for 5 minutes or until the meat is golden brown.
4. Stir in tomato sauce.
5. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes or until sauce thickens and beef is cooked.
6. Stir in basil.
7. Arrange 1 bag of Tiltos chips in a lasagna dish.
8. Cover with 1/3 of the beef and then mozzarella.
9. Repeat this step three times.
10. Cook at 180°C 10.
